The fee covers:

  • coffee breaks and lunches on the 3 days of the workshop
  • welcome reception on March 29
  • social event on March 31

 

General Conditions

Registration
All the registrations costs have to be paid before the event. Registration will only be confirmed once the payment is processed. A notification will be sent to your email address once the registration is confirmed.
 
Registration is transferable should the original registrant be unable to attend the event, please notify the changes to decanato.inf@usi.ch
 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are possible until March 14th 2016 and are subject to a 50 CHF processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Refund requests must be sent to decanato.inf@usi.ch.

Registration fees for VMV 2013 are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and have to be paid in Swiss Francs.

The registration fees cover the coffee and lunch breaks on all three days of the conference, the ticket for the conference dinner, and a 3-day pass for local transportation.
